"Fantastic items and outstanding support"
I'm super pleased with the stuff I bought, and the support was top-notch. Major brands could take notes from the service I got at Starwood Sports. I messed up and ordered the wrong things, so I shot an email to the team. They got back to me real quick and went above and beyond to fix my order, making sure I got what I truly wanted. You bet I'll be shopping here again!

"Order Delays and Customer Service Experience"
I placed my initial order on 04/04/2018. It wasn't until 05/05/18 that I finally got my items. The whole process took over a month to sort out. There was a mix-up with my order, but Flo Delarcena handled it like a pro. Their products are awesome, but man, their shipping is the slowest I've ever encountered. I've received stuff from China that arrived way quicker. That's all I've got to say...thanks!!

"TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE"
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I ended up canceling my order. The item didn’t ship, and I still hadn’t received it 12 days after placing the order. The status was never changed. On top of that, I just discovered I could've snagged the roller on Amazon for three bucks less and with free shipping. I would’ve had it in just two days. Shame on you, Starwood!!!

"Strongly recommend, but with a tiny caveat"
I’ve got just a tiny caveat here. After not seeing any updates on my order for a few days, I reached out to them. Turns out, their system mistakenly indicated that I had cancelled my order, which I definitely did not. They confirmed my payment, shipped my order super quick, and even refunded my shipping costs. Not sure if it was a system glitch or a human mistake, but they ought to look into it to ensure it was just a one-off. They made it right, and since mistakes happen, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them down the line.

Just a day later, it arrived by courier and fits like a dream. Honestly, this is the best customer service I’ve experienced while shopping online. Much appreciated!
